Evalucid CMMI V2 Open Training Courses Planned

Fundamentals of Capability – 15 – 18 August,

Building Development Excellence – 19 & 22 August,

Building Services Excellence – 23 & 24 August,

High Maturity Concepts – 25 & 26 August,

Each class will have approximately four hours of instructional time each day so one “training day” for each class is spread across two days duration. This allows both the participants and the instructor to maintain other activities and other work while effectively and efficiently obtaining the knowledge and skills necessary to implement the CMMI toward making proven and lasting performance improvements in their organization and projects. Taking the Fundamentals of Capability class and at least one or both of the Building Development Excellence and Building Services Excellence courses also provide the knowledge and opportunity to take the CMMI Associate Exam which will enable the participant to perform as an Appraisal Team Member once they successfully become a Certified CMMI Associate.  

These courses build upon each other.  The Fundamentals of Capability is a prerequisite to taking both the Building Development Excellence or the Building Services Excellence.  Additionally both the Fundamentals of Capability and one or both of the Building Excellence courses (or having previously taken the CMMI V2 Upgrade Training) are prerequisites to taking the High Maturity Concepts course.

The start time each day will be 9:00 AM EDT and the end time will be NLT 2:30 PM EDT with an hour break for lunch and appropriate breaks as well as small group learning sessions as appropriate for the class.

Building Development Excellence – $575.00

Building Services Excellence – $575.00

High Maturity Concepts – $850.00
